At River Doodles (“we,” “us,” “our”), we raise healthy, happy Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle puppies with love and care from day one. These Terms apply to anyone who submits an interest form on our website to learn more about upcoming litters or adoption opportunities.
By submitting your interest form:
You’re giving us permission to contact you with information about upcoming litters, puppy availability, pricing, and how to reserve a puppy.
You understand that communication may be sent via email, phone call, and SMS text message.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
You confirm the contact information you provided is accurate and up to date.
You understand that submitting this form is not a commitment or reservation—it’s just a way to start the conversation.
We may reach out through email, text, or phone to share updates, puppy photos, availability, and next steps.
Your information is kept safe—we’ll never sell or share your contact details with third parties.
Want to stop receiving messages? You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to a text or contacting us directly.
Submitting an interest form does not guarantee:
A reserved puppy from a specific litter
Immediate availability
Locking in current pricing
All reservations require a completed Puppy Application, acceptance by River Doodles, and a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. We’ll guide you through that process when the time comes.
All puppies remain the property of River Doodles until the adoption is finalized through a signed agreement and full payment.
Any puppy images, videos, or descriptions shared during the inquiry stage are for informational purposes only and do not represent guaranteed selections.
At this interest stage:
We are not liable for any decisions made based solely on early communication or images shared.
Complete terms, health guarantees, and buyer responsibilities will be provided in our official Puppy Adoption Agreement.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The version posted at the time you submit your interest will apply to your inquiry.o.
